Stood in line for 30 minutes 3 tellers present down to 2 down to 1 the bank staff was full everyone in their offices and the lineup was to the door all i needed was a bank stamp the other 10 ppl behind me i pray for you.

Worst branch. Only couple tellers all the time. Suggest no to have a cibc

Over 10 ppl are waiting, but just 1 or 2 teller(s) is (are) working. The woman sitting inside, who appears to be the highest position, is talking on the phone and joking about something unrelated to work and is not paying attention to costomers who are waiting over 30 min.
