“My husband and I have now had 3 computers built for us at Memory Express. Kevin built the perfect computer for me and stayed well within my budget. He had previously built 2 awesome computers for my husband. Kevin is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. When we picked up my computer, Tim went through the setup, and made sure I understood everything. He also carried my new system to the car. We had a couple of questions after sale and called Tim who was very helpful and promptly answered the issue. Big thanks Tim.The whole team at Memory Express is great and the service given is exemplary. I will always use their services for any computer related purchases or problems.Great work you guys!!!!”

When my laptop randomly stopped working, I initially took it to Best Buy and they said they couldn't help me, then called the manufacturer and they told me it would need a $1300 replacement part. I was skeptical anyone could help and was about to buy a new laptop, but Gemal had it working again within 15 minutes! He even ordered me a new part, fixed in fully within half an hour, and charged a fair price. 10/10”

We are so happy that we decided to go with Best Buy. Sanjeev was super accommodating to our needs and worked with our budget to give the best deal possible. We didn’t think Best Buy would have the appliances that we were looking for but much to our surprise they have almost everything in stock. Despite the fact that Best Buy doesn’t work on commission, we got FAR better customer service than their competitors.
