Did not deliver my best buy order and want me to pick it up instead. Delivery guy didn't call me, just posted a note with pickup location that is not accessible by public transport.

Do not ship with them, they are the worst. I am expecting a package since monday. It’s end of week nothing. Delivery guy doesn’t even wait 10 seconds before leaving when a delivery require a signature. Shame on them
