All the staff there including Daisy + Sarab are extremely knowledgeable and offer genuine customer service. They are very helpful.Later, I went to a store near my home and had a disappointing experience; I will never return to the Mill Woods location.I have since returned to the UPS Store on Ellerslie and continue to be impressed with the employees there.”

“Great self service machine, definitely will go again. For anyone that is confused on how to use the machine, you scan your shipping barcode and then place the barcode on your package and then scan the new placed sticker and the machine should open up so you can ship your item.”

“By far the best shipping company i EVER DEALT WITH!! I order my package from the UK on Monday and have it Friday and shipping is free if you spend a certain amount and when it comes to duty tax what they charge are way lower then when you go to the government of CANADA app to see what you think you have to pay for duty and taxes. IT baffels my mind how DHL can send a package from the UK to Edmonton in 4 days when it takes purolater 7 days to send it from Calgary and shipping cost 20$ and if you have to pay for DHL shipping its 15 to 25$ for a 4 day delivery around the world so THANK YOU DHL FOR BEING FAST AND RELIABLE”
