Absolutely terrible company. The policy at Best Buy was to ensure all Apple products obtain a signature when delivered. These fine folks did not follow the policy and left almost $2000 worth of watches on my porch in the cold. Even when I connected to speak to a manager that was impossible. It’s been 5 days without any acknowledgement from them.

Service here seriously need improvement. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and I had to go here 2 days in a row for them to tell me they couldn’t create a return label for my package. They were not pleasant and not helpful

Girl working doesn't know what a flat rate box is and sent me looking for one down the aisles of the staples after waiting in line. I talked to the staples manager and they don't carry any. I had checked online before coming and fed ex does make them and this location ships fed ex so she should at least know what they look like if she sends them out.

Useless. Our package was 1.4 lbs above the limit and Karen gave a long explanation about how the equipment of the delivery-person may not be able to take it over 1.4lbs. Nonsense. Hope this place closes.

My pkg has been sitting there since Nov 23. Phoned and stated can’t get there by bus.Pkg was to be resent to address. Driver in 1st attempt didn’t even try to get into my bldg.mgr was to call me, no call!!

Why do I pay for delivery if they are not even going to stop by my house? Every day I see fedex drive by and not deliver my package. Now I have to pick it up myself when I don't even have a car.

After dealing with the call centre I don't know who're working there but they only want to be right all the time and customer service is extinct. I have a plethora of whorrible experience with the automated call centre and their untrained, uncaring customer service representatives and only deal with fed ex because of work. UPS and Purolator and DHL will always be my better options

FedEx is the worst out of all the delivery companies. I’ve tried to get one package delivered to an apartment building and the driver can’t seem to figure it out (not even attempting or not even buzzing). Had the package shipped back, had to get a refund and then reordered the same shipment directed to the nearest staples and that still hasn’t been done right. Use any other shipping company. I’ve never had a problem with any packages unless FedEx is delivering it. So frustrating when the package is important.

My package was suppose to arrive today. The driver never attend to delivery my package, I just received a notice it will be delay until tomorrow because no one was home. It is not true because my window is facing our condo main entrance. We stay home all day waiting for that package, tomorrow we having a very busy day and no one will be home. We can not trust and depend on FedEx driver.

Worst company ever and I thought DHL was bad. Lost the package 2x waited for over a week to find out it was lost cause it didnt arrived on the 2nd package the first one is still missing sitting im limbo. The first item was shipped on Feb 10 and now its March 18 and still cant be found. The 2nd item I waited for a week to arrive and than tracking date for delivery doesnt show anymore had to get the person to go down to the depot to find it and it was just sitting on a sorting bin didnt even ship it and its only coming from Ottawa to Edmonton. fed ex is horrible making me run around 2 staples locations after I got a delivery slip just for it to be in a completely different place...so much for priority
