Worst experience ever. I had a package coming from India. It got in Edmonton in 4 days and then it sat in city for more than 2 weeks and they couldn’t deliver it. I had to call more than 10 times and then finally picked it up myself.

I received my package 3 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered and I paid for express shipping, this place is a joke how long do one star reviews like this have to be made in order for this company to actually start operating properly and not mess up every single shipment that comes to them

Absolutely the worst! FedEx driver did not even attempt a delivery...again (did not leave a tag this time either), so now I have to drive to the FedEx pick up centre. Now, whenever I want to make an online purchase, I am going to contact the company to not ship with FedEx.

If I could give FedEx zero stars I would.
They have tried to deliver my packages to the incorrect location multiple times. Their drivers do not look at the address listed on the packages and match it with the delivery location.
I've had to call the company 6 times to attempt to resolve the issue and arrange delivery and my packages still have not been delivered. The company's customer service isn't helpful.
Avoid using FedEx at all cost. I've never had this issue with UPS, Canada Post, or DHL.

Summary: This location is super helpful with shipping, but trying to find a location to help me for my shipping requirements was very frustrating. The automated customer service was not enough to help me when I needed to talk to someone before going to a FedEx location.
This FedEx Ship Centre location is very nice. I had not used FedEx to ship before but the staff were super helpful and cared about making sure the shipping information was entered correctly. They helped with pack everything securely too.
One star is removed if you're new to shipping or maybe had certain shipping requirements like mine, because I did not realize I had to go this particular location. I visited other locations and was told they could not help me, and one directed me to a location that didn't appear to help with shipping. I wished I could have called this location and others ahead of time to double check since I only have so much spare time to drive around. What should have been a day of running around turned into multiple days. The number listed is an automated customer service number which was incredibly frustrating since it seemed to handle only simple questions which did not help me. It would have been so much easier to speak to person who could actually understand what I needed and confirm where I could go to get help.
If someone is unfamiliar with shipping and doesn't have something small and simple to ship, I'm not sure I would recommend FedEx, especially if they want a human person to talk to before running around. A live chat person unfortunately wasn't available during daytime hours when I had questions which might have helped me.

I waited for the parcel all day. I was at home. There was no call on the phone, nothing. The postman just left a note that I had to go across the whole city and pick up my parcel. Now I have to pay them..
The worst experience EVER !!!!

Worst of the worst never ever delivered my items when I call they lie that we tried you were not home I said I was definitely home I was tracking my items it was on hold never ever received my items disgusting I'm very disappointed

Worst website & delivery experience I've ever had. They deleted my delivery manager account without informing me which made me deal with their terrible customer support. Every time I've had to deal with FedEx I am left in a worse mood after.

That's my limitations I can give only one star. I was tracking my package but tracking was telling me its already delivered. I complaint. This package was delivered at a clothing store and sender call me .one of employee of store she called sender's no.I got address from sender then pick my package myself from store. My address very clearly 30 st and FedEx delivered it at 40th st. What I say nothing

Worst ever delivery medium, had faced the similar issue 3 times now. None of their employee even bother to call or make an effort to just deliver it to the apartment, obviously if a person lives in apartment they might need to go through 2 doors and they do not even bother to contact us and just leave a note saying we tried but none of them were available. Which in fact i have never received any call or message that the person has came to delivery the package.
And now they do not even try to deliver it for 2nd time i will have to go 40mins from my location to just go and pick up the parcel.
3rd time in a row. Shame
