Lack of consideration by delivery drivers. For my last two deliveries, they left the package on the front step (even though the items would have fit into the mailbox beside the front door) AND they never bothered to ring the doorbell, which would have recorded the delivery on my telus security app, so I could arrange for a neighbor to pick it up if I wasn't at home.

garbage service. My parcel has to be delivered the driver came but he didn't ring the bell and left door tag without any information that when can collect my parcel . I went to collection centre the team member said my package is not there. it is just harassment to the customers. Bad service not a reliable delivery source.

FedEx!! The customer service agents (spoke to two) and then a manager literally had me crying on the phone.I'm emotionally scared after dealing with them. I recommend using DHL (lovely) or any other courier I called a day prior to have my delivery address updated or to hold it so I can pickup because no one would be home for the day of delivery! They keep telling me to contact the sender because the sender (Shein) has put a restriction on the package. I went and I tried to contact shein but that's a whole other thing because you can never get to speak with anyone. I keep getting the bot.I called back on the Delivery day explaining that I updated the delivery address. They tell me that they didn't get the update and that the package was failed to be delivered at 11:20am! I then said I didn't receive a call or notification regarding this. They said that their drivers don't have a phone to use to call the customers. I tried to explained to them over and over again that I'm unable to reach Shein. To remove whatever restrictions they Saud I have on the package. FedEx was no help at all. They keep repeating the same thing over and over again I even asked if they could send it to a Staples close to the address in which I could pickup from there. They said no I need to contact Shein. I got so flustered and frustrated that there's literally nothing I could do to receive my package. The manager collected my information phone number and all just to tell me that they will try to deliver again tomorrow. I asked her if I could get a time frame because I would try to be home for that time frame to let the driver in the building. She said she can't give me a time frame and why I don't tell the receptionist or building manager to open the door for the driver. I explained to her we don't have receptionist or building manager on-site. And that a fab is needed to get in because I'm on the 5th floor. That's why I wanted to change the address or even receive a call so I could make arrangements. In in all she HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME STILL ON THE LINE without try to resolve the issue. I will try to bar all my shipments from ever going to FedEx. About 4pm I got a call from their automated system telling me that my package is waiting for pickup at Staples .I'm emotionally Scared after this interaction with FedEx. Don't recommend If everyone knows how to block a courier please let me know because I don't want my stuff to be handled by them.

What is wrong with the delivery people at Fedex not the first time this has happened with this useless company, i get the confirmation email that package was left at my door, well i dont call sitting 15 feet in from the road my door, my house is about 800 ft from the road but again the driver was too lazy to drive up the driveway so dumped the package by the road for it to get stolen, if i ran this company this delivery driver would be fired

I hadn't used FedEx before, and I had a lot of questions about sending a parcel to California. Mr. Johnson was extremely friendly and helpful and he provided all the advice I needed. It was an excellent transaction in every way.

Attempted delivery, 2 days ahead of schedule. Door tag says to pick it up at the facility, phone call informs me another delivery will be attempted. Wait for 2nd attempt only to be told the parcel is being held at the facility. May as well not even try to deliver and ask that I pick it up at the facility; much less hassle.

Got a call today saying that my package was available to be picked up at this centre however there was no evidence that Fedex even tried to deliver my package to my apartment - they did not buzz in or call my phone, not even a door slip was left. I attempted to call their customer service number but wasn't able to be connected to a person despite trying different options for nearly 10 minutes. This is a 20 minute drive from me and closes before I would be home from work which will make it nearly impossible to get my package (which completely defeats the point of online ordering).

Was expecting a call since my name isn't on the buzzer system (it's my boyfriend's name). I was waiting all day since the status showed out for delivery. No attempts were made to contact me. No follow up emails were sent or any notice on the door about another delivery attempt (I checked a couple times for a notice). I happened to check the status and find out I have to drive all the way across the city to go pick it up where it's being held for only 5 business days. It's already been 3 days now by the time I rechecked the status and saw this information. Poor customer service to not even provide an update.

Delivery diver said he attempted to deliver package, which I was home all day and no package, so that was the first lie. It was even a double package and I got one from one FedEx driver but the other FedEx driver never showed (but said he did) When I phoned to try to get my package delivered, as I am disabled, I was informed they could deliver on another day, however it was a day I would not be available. So I asked for a time I would be home. They insist on delivering the day I said I wouldn't be home. Even after I explained that I would then be calling them again to have the parcel redelivered again so could they deliver it a day I am home. Nope, they can't, so I guess I will call on that day again and do this all over again. Counter productive and lazy! Any business with a rating under 3 should be on the chopping block. Do better with your customer service!!!

No attempt of delivery. No tag left. Did not leave at closest pick up. Go in to pick up package and ask to have deliveries sent to my nearest pick up location and the guy hands me a card with a 1-800 #. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore. I will continue to call out the bad businesses and praise the ones that are doing something right which seems to be few and far between.

Spent 3 days waiting for a package, the first day it said out for delivery and then the tracking said nobody was home even though both me and my partner were home, we never got a buzz or phone call as we live in an apartment. 2 days later the delivery date says not available and no other information so now I’m left without my package.

EDIT:I am surprised that after my original review, I received a phone call from this location.They rectified the situation, and had my package promptly delivered on Monday.They did not mention the review on the phone call.The agent was very kind.Thank you Fedex, for pulling through.Review changed from * to ***----Well, they already have low enough reviews - what’s the point in adding one more?I received an email that my package was out for delivery on Thursday.I waited home all day.Then I checked the tracking number and it was updated to say “scheduled delivery changed to Friday”.I wasn’t notified of this change.Then Friday evening, no notification, no package.I check the tracking again and it changed to “being held for pickup” on the OPPOSITE SIDE of the city.Meanwhile, I saw a FedEx truck come down our block all 3 days; Thursday, Friday AND Saturday (today).Some companies get so big they stop caring about the customers they’re serving.Seeing how bad their reviews are already, I doubt one more might finally shift their culture - but who knows!?Do better guys!

i get a list on my door that someone in our house supposed to get a package, but there is was no name. i asked my roommate and he told me that it’s not for him, and i’m waiting for package from Germany. so, i spent money for Uber to get to this place before work, because also i need to get it during 5 days or they will send it back. i come to that place and they checked package number and told me that it’s not for me))) is it too difficult to write a name who is supposed to go for a package? 0 information, i spent my time and money for nothing!

"Customer not available" I never got buzzed even though it was clear what number I was. Now Im getting a fee I was never told about. Lazy and incompetent delivery service, will refuse to use Fedex in the future.

Again disappointed wait at home all day and driver says they attempted to deliver but I never left so now I can go pick up myself and the system wouldn't let me pick the depot closest to my home on top of it. First time I had a delivery through them they lied about delivering it until the company that sent it stepped in then they admitted they didn't, second time they delivered for a company my product had been cut open with an exacter knife damaging the item and now this time the sorry you weren't home story because everyone but them sits at home all day not needing to earn a living. Day off wasted no delivery made.
