I contacted them on March 26 inquiring about a bouquet arrangement for a March 27 birthday; they were responsive, helpful, and the customer service experience was outstanding. I had a friend pick up the bouquet as we decided to deliver it ourselves -I was able to text the message I wanted on the card to the florist & they wrote up the card with my message exactly as I wanted. The shop kept in contact with me to know when the bouquet would be picked up, this outstanding communication was very much appreciated. We ordered the "Teleflora's Blue Caribbean," it was arranged just as pictured. As this was my 1st experience with this business, I will definitely come back for again...it was a satisfactory experience.Thank you Floral Valley for helping make this order for a birthday very easy!”
