Harcourt House Artist Run Centre is a fantastic arts centre and an essential part of Edmonton's creative community. It is in a plain, spartan building but it is where art is. The centre has studios and a gallery with interesting exhibitions that are very worth visiting. There are knowledgeable, creative, and awesome artists. It is a wonderful artist community and well run and professional. The centre features great drawing and clay classes with live models. The facilities are not fancy but the people are very kind and friendly. Artists must be supported, and Harcourt House provides inspiration. Recently, the centre was granted a one-year extension to its lease to accomplish a fundraising goal and make its home permanent and stable.
A fantastic arts centre with studios and a gallery. It's an essential part of Edmonton's creative community. I frequent the gallery and enjoy the exhibitions tremendously. I recommend popping in for a look.

I went for the first time on Monday and had a great experience. I am so happy my friend took me because it really helped with my drawing skills. I’ll be back again soon!

A gallery is only as good as its art. Curator Jacek Malek has organized a great showing of Group 9 works that are very worth visiting. Kudos to all of them.
