“Amazing service. Everyone was excellent and went over and above expectations! I had some lights in my new home that were very yellow and a weird closet light on sensor that didn't stay on. “Needed some advice cause my woodstove started back smoking into the house even though it was still smoking out of the chimney itself. Thought maybe it might be a partially plugged elbow but in talking to Loren he mentioned I might have an inner screen at the Cap. Something you couldn't see from the ground. So I got up there with my ladder and sure enough yes...it had an inner screen...that was pretty plugged up. Blew it out with the air compressor and BINGO...back to working normal. Still gonna get the whole chimney cleaned out come this spring...but no more back smoking into the house. THANKS LOREN!!! Cheers.”

“My wife and I purchased a La-Z-Boy boy recliner over 24 yrs ago. About a year ago we had La-Z-Boy replace the seat cushion in that chair as it had worn out over the 20 plus years of daily use, but the rest of the chair looked like the day we bought it. When the new cushion was installed, our recliner was as comfortable as ever and is my favorite to sit in(and nap in). Recently we wanted to add 2 more recliners to our home and so we went back to the La-Z-Boy furniture gallery South Common Edmonton location. We met Kevin who was exemplary! He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He allowed us space and time to explore many chairs and never forced or pushed us along the process. We ended up purchasing 2 recliners, but when getting them home and sitting in them longer we discovered they weren't quite what we were looking for. Kevin assisted us in an easy return process and supported us in purchasing 2 different chairs. At the warehouse, where we picked up our chairs, the staff, including Wildim, Harvey and the rest of the team were exceptional! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. When we arrived for pick up everything was ready and the process was seamless. When we got the chairs home we realized that there was an error in that the chairs had rocker and not rocker/swivel bases. We made one call to La-Z-Boy and immediately Brittany arranged for a team to deliver and install our bases in our home. 2 gentlemen arrived a day later and our chairs were retrofitted with the correct swivel base. To the entire team at La-Z-Boy thank you for your professionalism and dedication to customer service.

“I've had my Hunter Douglas blinds from Hue Decor for 10 years, and they are still in perfect condition. Recently one of the cords broke in one of my blinds, so I called Valerie, and she confirmed they are still under warranty! The long term warranty is almost amazing as Valerie is. She is super friendly and helpful, and almost a decade later, she still remembers me by name. I wish all products were as good as Hunter Douglas, and I wish all businesses were run by people as passionate and caring as Valerie. If you need any type of window coverings, this is the place for you!”
