“Needed some advice cause my woodstove started back smoking into the house even though it was still smoking out of the chimney itself. Thought maybe it might be a partially plugged elbow but in talking to Loren he mentioned I might have an inner screen at the Cap. Something you couldn't see from the ground. So I got up there with my ladder and sure enough yes...it had an inner screen...that was pretty plugged up. Blew it out with the air compressor and BINGO...back to working normal. Still gonna get the whole chimney cleaned out come this spring...but no more back smoking into the house. THANKS LOREN!!! Cheers.”

“I've had my Hunter Douglas blinds from Hue Decor for 10 years, and they are still in perfect condition. Recently one of the cords broke in one of my blinds, so I called Valerie, and she confirmed they are still under warranty! The long term warranty is almost amazing as Valerie is. She is super friendly and helpful, and almost a decade later, she still remembers me by name. I wish all products were as good as Hunter Douglas, and I wish all businesses were run by people as passionate and caring as Valerie. If you need any type of window coverings, this is the place for you!”
