We recently purchased 2 area rugs from The Area Rug Gallery. Our sales associate, Kathie, was friendly, helpful and knew her products. We did have an issue with 1 rug, but it was quickly resolved by Holly and her team. I would definitely recommend them. Good selection, great service!
