“My concern is with the restaurant. We had a large group of 12 to which an 18% service charge is applied to. Fair enough, but there needs to be service given. Waiting for drink orders to be taken, going to the bar for additional rounds and waiting much too long for orders to come. Lacking someone who should have been making sure everyone in the restaurant was being served. The restaurant was not that busy”

“This hotel may not look like much from the outside but the rooms are surprisingly nice and Grace is wonderful to deal with.I have paid far more to stay at worse hotels many many times, a really great value.”

“I came to visit a friend one night on my bicycle, I rode along 104ave from 156st. On arrival I was impressed by the rows of amber lanterns and the regimented aesthetics of the place, it was very beautiful, as I rode through the parkinglot, flanked on either side by the glow of the orange lanterns and the occasional open door revealing bright, rich, yellow light from the rooms within. There was a very Native looking woman with a long ponytail and beautiful standing by the front entrance leaning against the lobby her legs crossed. She was looking in front of her and slightly upwards and it looked as if she was waiting on someone, she was serious but seemed approachable, I rode passed her and she didn't even acknowledge my presence, even to see who I was, just kept staring in front of her. The person I had went to see was not there and the lobby was friendly and helpful with somewhat relaxed policies based on how you explain yourself and I assume the weather. When I went to the parkinglot again there was a woman of petite build who was riding away, I rode to intercept her thinking it might be the person I had come to see but it wasn't and we both laughed.”

“This was our first time staying here. It was a very clean and beautiful hotel. It was round shaped. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay again.Rooms: Were big and spacious. Great view it was quite.Nearby activities: Walk to the City Centre Mall and other amenities.Safety: Felt safe with security on hand.Food & drinks: We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They do have a restaurant on the top floor we didn't experience it.”

“We got the king suite with the jacuzzi tub everything was nice but there were some issues the tap in the bathroom was broken and sprayed when turned on and there was an unsettling msg written in dry erase on the art work in the room saying "Cecilia took me to be killed" which made sleeping in the room quite hard for me. But the staff was sweet and lovely and cleanFood & drinks: Close to some good restaurants”

“I've come here for many conferences. I really like the natural light from the atrium ceilings over the check in area and the centre of the hotel. The conference rooms surround the centre. There is a restaurant in the hotel. And you can sit in the centre under the atrium surrounded by plants. There are quite a few conference rooms and they are unique. So it's not a cookie cutter type of layout. I like that when I go to conferences here that we can walk and do a little explore-like maze to get to my next room. I welcome the exercise break.Lots of free parking on site. The location is fairly central while being able to keep parking free. The rooms are decent. Basic run of the mill. Meets our needs.Food has always been great.”
