“The service here is top notch. Check in was professional and informative, fast and friendly. The room next to us had a group that was partying late into the night so we asked to be moved to a different floor and without hesitation the staff got us into a new room. The one odd thing with these rooms though was the sliding door to the bathroom. It doesn't leave a lot of privacy as there's quite a gap and there's no lock on it.”
“This is honestly the BEST motel I've ever stayed at!! The staff here are wonderful! Professional, kind and you can't beat the rate!! I understand that there were a couple of employees in the past that caused bad reviews but I can assure anyone that those people are no longer here . The owner, managers and all the staff here go out of their way to make sure guests are happy. If you are specific about your needs and aren't a problem , you couldn't find a better place to stay. I don't even want to leave!”
“Spent 3 nights there this week to visit family in Edmonton. The room was large with a nice view of the city. The bed seemed hard when I sat on it but didn't feel hard at all when I slept on it. The bathroom had a nice shower that worked well and had good water pressure. What really made the stay special was the staff. From the moment we checked in everyone we encountered had a smile and greeted us warmly. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful when we had a question or a problem and were able to provide us with things that we needed - one item was glassware. There was none in the room except for plastic and paper cups. When we asked for glasses they were immediately brought to our room. The location of the hotel is great with lots of places within walking distance (Starbucks was 400 meters away, Shoppers was 700 meters away.....not sure why others think there's nothing nearby....we didn't have a car and most walks to stores took no more than 10 minutes each way) Would definitely return here and stay again. It's a real gem in Edmonton.”
“I was currently there for a course and had a great experience. All staff made me feel comfortable and safe. Great shops inside and is in a great location to get around downtown. The pedways make it extremely easy to get around inside from building to building, especially on cold Edmonton days. If I was traveling from out of town I would definitely stay here.”
“Sanjeev is the reason why I'm leaving this review. He was awesome in tending to us. We requested some extra time at the hotel so that we can get back to an appointment and he made it sure everything was smooth. He's the reason why we will be coming back.”
“Place is easy to find. Area is closer to industrial area but close to Superstore, Walmart, McD and close to many other places by car. We got a deal with big room. The fan is quiet but didn't cool the room. No pool.”
