Received a call I am now 100% not responsible as to witnesses…who is responsible for this ? Terra Cox closed my claim without the RCMP investigation report on October 4 and said I 100% responsible for colision …next day Friday October 5 RCMP investigation report proves I am 100% NOT Responsible. This fraud is horrendous and has affected my mental health ..my injury Lawyer deal with her . Update Exactly what is a Unit Manager ? Terra Cox email and calls me but again blah blah blah …condescending , clueless ..but she is not nor has ever has been an Ajuster but Unit Manager of Ajusters ? incompetent rolls down .Victoria the manager calls me from blocked number to basically hear herself talk .. apparently the according to her a cargo cover doesn’t add value to a vehicle but is an option..the most condescending, incompetent clueless person .Absolutely no customer service..my vehicle written off ..but rental needs to returned 2 days after wrong payout but zero accountability ..expects me to buy vehicle but haven’t received my payout ..so I should walk to find new vehicle and pay with what ? Received letter I was not responsible for accident 0 % responsibility . Time for a Lawyer as zero trust in this Company that I payed ! Disgraceful and first accident in 50 years of driving..not my fault.i have 3500 of rental in my policy that Arman told me rental is paid from my policy but only allowed to use a week so basically a scam to take money. The Ajuster Korine sent me two letters that said I was 0% responsibility for the accident but today informed me that’s just a system letter that’s sent out automatically and she hasn’t heard from other insurance company yet !! Unbelievable how this company operates..I will definitely take this further.

Had a policy previously with them through a broker. I forgot to pay for a renewal and policy got canceled and I owed money. Totally my fault, but now 4 years later I have paid through my broker and waiting on a receipt of no outstanding balance.
I can understand if they explained to me at first what they needed and then why I had to wait, but the customer service for the billing department has either been completely uncaring and unhelpful or just straight up rude, telling me that every issue I have is my problem, not explaining what I need to do, arguing etc.
One of the worst customer experiences I've had, and that's when I'm giving them their money I've owed them for years now!
I would recommend literally any other insurance company, do not do business with them.

Alyssa Was a great help communication was clear and easy unlike others she didn’t make us feel bad for not knowing somethings but she gave us time to reach out to the person and find the answers. Overall i had a really good experience with inova would definitely recommend it

They tried scamming me with a 2016 ducati 700 model as a market comparable to my ducati 1200 S. The end of it because my bike is rare they had 1 comparable and would not accept the comparables my dealership had found. Don't go through them.

My contract was up, they sent me an email to renew and i declined. They are now trying to charge me a cancellation fee. Scam artists. Rates are so much cheaper with other brokers which is why i didnt renew. Shop around, people. This company is bad.

Would give zero if possible. Worst experience I have ever had with insurer..and I’ve had lots unfortunately. Accident not my fault, and still pulling teeth to get coverage. Made accident aftermath worse when avoidable.

Been a customer for 20 years. My vehicle was stolen and recovered with damage in April. It is now September and I still don’t have my vehicle. I barely drive my 10 year old car. I’ve been with Intact for decades. One claim during past 15 years. Paying $2812/year for car insurance. RUN AWAY from intact.

Intact is nothing but a scam.
Way over priced, when you have an issue they don't wanna even talk to you, just blames everyone else and the brokers.
They are more than double almost every other insurance company. They wanna charge more triple the car payments are even worth.
Don't use them, they will scam you and Jump your insurance more than double without even saying anything.
I'm glad to be done with them and will never suggest them to anyone

Intact insurance is a scam. They scammed me on June 30.2022. client claimed a damage to there vehicle that never happened. Claims number is 4M0002835. I have picture evidence of the dodge caravan that there was no damage and I have police evidence, but intake payed out $1700 and blamed me as 100% at fault. My insurance said that I am 0% at fault because my truck was never on the road that day and now my insurance is up for renewal and I have to pay $11,000 to get insurance. I will make this scam public. Facebook, X, instagram, tik tok.
