She offered alternatives after knowing our needs. She is a great listener, she is also a great communicator! She explains everything very clearly!!Polite and funny! We had total trust in what she recommended because she was/is so knowledgeable. WE WERE TREATED LIKE INDIVIDUALS NOT NUMBERS, nor did she make us feel like we were an interruption to her day.She made us feel like she valued our business. The paperwork was so smooth compared to the experiences we have had elsewhere. She was just a real WOW, and created such a memorable experience. VERY, very rare these days.
