Kastner Auctions is an online auction business serving all of Canada since 1986, specializing in both commercial and residential auctions. They offer a wide range of items, including estate, restaurant, industrial, business closure, antiques, collectibles, and electronics. The company provides complete appraisal services and conducts online and liquidation auctions to help clients sell their items.
Customers appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of Kastner Auctions. Items are packed well and delivered in a timely manner, even to distant locations. The staff and reception team are highly praised for their friendly, helpful, and caring service, making each visit a positive experience. However, some clients have noted issues with auction fees, which they find somewhat high, and suggest doing research before purchasing. There have been complaints about the accuracy of item descriptions, with some items not matching expectations or being misrepresented in photos. The quality of product photos has declined recently, with many relying on stock images rather than actual pictures of the items.
Some customers advise caution when selling high-ticket items, as there have been issues with payments and authenticity concerns. Despite these challenges, Kastner Auctions remains a reputable choice for many, offering a variety of goods and efficient service, especially if buyers and sellers stay informed and cautious.
Kastner Auctions recently sold our vehicle in their auction. They were very professional and walked us through the process. I was so impressed on their professionalism that I am giving them my furniture for a future auction. Definitely 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

After several purchases, I can say they sell items just as advertised, and are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Kastner's is the most efficient auction house I have dealt with. I live 3,000 miles away in KY and always receive my items packed well, never broken and in a timely manner. They do a great job!!!
