Liquor Depot Callingwood Square is a nice little store with good customer service described as wonderful, great, amazing, and the best in the city. The staff is incredibly helpful, super great, very helpful, sweet, and kind. Employees are noted for assisting customers in finding the right products, checking them out quickly, and helping with purchases. The merchandising is top of the line, everything is clean and looks amazing. While the wine selection is limited, they have most popular wines and things that most people buy. A noted issue is that employees smoking at the store front creates an inconvenience, making the sidewalk difficult to pass and looking awful. Overall, it is a good store that ensures an amazing experience.

Incredibly sweet staff. Everyone is super helpful, they even take notice of regulars purchase or are interested in. The store is always perfectly stocked. Prices are really great. The whole store is always spotless and perfectly organized. It is always such an enjoyable time visiting this store.

Had great customer service from I believe her name was Dianne? Older woman with glasses saved my bacon and protected my wallet that I had accidentally left behind, she also had a great sense of humor.
