Every essential to your reach good and easy access. Most of the shops open after 10 except 2 for 24 hrs including gas station.

Compared to the neighbourhood 24 hour convenience store.Shoppers, Sobeys, 2 liquor stores, some restaurants, etc.Nothing spectacular but pretty much everything in walking distance.
