“I had such a great experience shopping at Vans recently, all thanks to two amazing associates Katie and Collette! From the moment I walked in, they were both super welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful.
I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted at first, but Katie took the time to ask me about my style and what I was looking for. She gave me honest opinions (which I really appreciated) and even pointed out a few styles I wouldn’t have considered but ended up loving. Collette was just as awesome as she made sure I got the right fit, checked sizes quickly, and kept the energy positive and fun the whole time.
They made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed and personal, not rushed or pushy at all. Honestly, it felt more like hanging out with a couple of cool friends who just happen to know everything about shoes!

“Went to buy a new suit for my upcoming wedding. Pan Junxiu was the associate and she did a phenomenal job. She took the measurements and got it to fit exactly how I wanted it to. On a couple points, she made suggestions different from what I initially indicated, and turns out she was absolutely right every time. She also said typical turnaround time was 5 weeks, borderline for the wedding, but I had an old suit as a backup so I decided to chance it. It arrived in just 3 weeks. Thank you Pan, couldn't have asked for better!”
