“Awesome experience. My son wanted us to learn skateboarding together and so we came to check the place out and hopefully get set up.
We worked with Deegan and Colton. Both were super helpful and knowledgeable and very easy going. They’re both super enthusiastic about skateboarding and growing the community, it was very welcoming for someone that’s new to the sport.

The ladies were incredibly helpful and friendly, They measured my boyfriend for a suit even tho he wasn't buying it there. He stumbled upon a bunch of socks on clearance and stocked up. $50 got $250 worth of good quality clothes. Will definitely be back”

“Went to buy a new suit for my upcoming wedding. Pan Junxiu was the associate and she did a phenomenal job. She took the measurements and got it to fit exactly how I wanted it to. On a couple points, she made suggestions different from what I initially indicated, and turns out she was absolutely right every time. She also said typical turnaround time was 5 weeks, borderline for the wedding, but I had an old suit as a backup so I decided to chance it. It arrived in just 3 weeks. Thank you Pan, couldn't have asked for better!”
“This is an excellent clothing store! It has a lot of different brands of clothes and there's a vast range of clothing you can buy. The only disadvantage is that there are more clothes in a woman's section than in a man's section. I could describe it as if for women it's quantity over quality and for men, it's quality over quantity.”

“I want to give that store 5 stars. If there will be more than 5 will give more. 2 weeks ago I had an express shopping before my wedding. I completely forgot that lady name but if she wasn’t there I will never find my dress. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any white dresses left. And that lady recommended store and gave me the exact instructions where I could find it. Omg, she literally saved me. I really appreciate help even they didn’t have what I was looking. “Gurnoor and Jasdeep were amazing! Jasdeep helped me in the dressing room, and was even kind enough to look around the store for a top that would fit the way I wanted. I know I can be demanding sometimes, but they were very accommodating and served with empathy and understanding. I felt welcomed and taken care of. At the check out counter, I had a minor issue with payment, and Gurnoor handled it very professionally— she let me know that she can put my items on hold, saving me time as I wouldn’t need to find all my items again. She also did not make it a big deal, which I really appreciated. Gurnoor was also very kind and relateable but still focused, as she held an interesting convo while checking out my items, and even double checked to make sure that everything was correct :)! She also price matched with online deals, which made me really happy as it made me feel like she had my best interest in mind (we love a cashier with integrity?). This was my first time ever shopping at old navy and it is my new favourite store— not only because of the styles, but MAINLY because of the staff. Overall, all the staff at the Old Navy manning location were super impressive, and I’ve never met a more dynamic and effective team. Super cool people, super awesome deals, super great styles (for both petites and plus sizes!). Will recommend to anyone!”

“I have been shopping at UNTUCKit (West Edmonton Mall ) since the spring of 2022 and have purchased many shirts since then. This year I have lost a large amount of weight and all my 'old' shirts were much too big. I decided to stop in on Easter weekend and see what size I was now.After some chatting the sales rep Josh had mentioned that they have an exchange policy and I could just bring in my old shirts and trade up for new ones. This didn't seem possible, what kind of company does this for its customers? This past Saturday I took in my old shirts, picked out some new ones and got gift cards for the remaining credit. Thanks again to Josh and the team for making this process so easy. UNTUCKit customer service is next level.”
