“This place gets it. I recently had a coolant flush here and later that night, my coolant light goes on. I checked under my hood, and a coolant line wasn't attached. I get my car home and the next day, I took it back to here as they just worked on it the day before. The plastic piece where the coolant line attaches to had broken off. It could have been because they had tighten the hose clamp too much, or that the plastic piece was old and was going to break anyway. Or a combination of both. Whatever the reason was, it didn't matter. They ordered a new part a fixed it for me for free.
Great customer service is one thing, but great customer service when something goes wrong is a completely different story and the guy working here understands that. I'll be coming back for future service for sure.”

I dropped in to see how things are with the new ownership, and I am very impressed. First come first serve means fast service, and the team is very skilled and honest. Even if the shop's name sounds like they are only doing lube, they actually can fix just about any mechanical trouble. Like I say, skilled mechanics. I'm very impressed.”
“Went for an oil chnage and they tried to push another service on me. Not needed when I have my own mechanic, also asked to fill my coolant and it didn't need any, BUT they did grease my door hinges”

“I’ve been going to the location on 104 Ave for over 25 years and have never experienced anything but amazing service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the service is quick and efficient, and I leave with the confidence that I’ve been given the best possible advice and recommendations for my vehicles. Construction is a bit of a challenge right now, but worth it to get this kind of service that seems to be lacking in many other places. Thank you to the staff who have always been so great.”
