“We had the pleasure of working with Stephen Lam from West Side Acura while shopping for a 2024 Type S. Although we are based in Calgary and were unable to visit the dealership in person, Stephen made the entire process seamless online and ultimately saved us the long drive.
From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive. At every stage, we felt well taken care of and never pressured, a true reflection of what a great sales consultant should be. “This place is excellent, I will not be taking a vehicle anywhere else for work, completely honest and upfront. They've saved me a ton of money by not doing work that was not necessary, but they could have just said it needed it and charged me for it. If they say it needs something it needs it! There not going to steer you wrong. I completely trust what they say which is very rare these days! Last time my wife's van was in he told me Kia had a service bulletin for a oil leak. Arranged service with Kia took it to there himself to the dealership, then picked it up himself and brought it back. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!”

“Brought a head in due to a broken valve.
The owner at Dawson Motors gave me some very helpful advice on parts of what I was looking to get done, which resulted in a much easier reassembly at home for myself!
They did a fantastic job on the head. Valve job and the carbon removal turned out amazing. They even cleaned all the gasket mating surfaces and informed me that they didn't need to be decked as they were already straight!
The price for the work was very reasonable, and even came out cheaper than I was quoted. The turnaround time for getting it done was very quick despite the shop being busy as well!
Overall very happy with the work they did for me, and I'll definitely return again in the future!”

“I can’t say enough about this place!! Matt was honest and kept me informed the entire way through. The water pump needed to be replaced and possibly the timing chain, but he wouldn’t know until the engine was out. He said it looked good and they just had to replace the pump!! I called them and was provided with very concise information. I took my car in and was met with a very personable man who immediately gave me the low down of what to expect, the time frame, cost, etc - very transparent, very honest and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The inspection was complete when he said it would be and price was exactly as quoted. “Great place! This isn't where I usually go for vehicle service but I won a gift certificate so I wanted to use it. Very friendly staff- when I entered I was immediately greeted even though someone was in front of me and that says alot about their customer service! ? While I waited for my vehicle, I saw them do the same over and over which was great! Very generous coffee and water/beverage area and seating area is very comfortable with a tv and Telus tv. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for my next service!”
