    Great staff and very knowledgeable on exotic pets lile fish and replies which is lovely to see considering most pet stores are dumb founded.

    Great customer service. Staff is knowledgeable. Bulk products were reasonably priced, but have jumped up in price. The membership card is useless and does not give discount on many items.
