The service is great, with staff going above and beyond, even providing free local delivery services. There are great extra touches like two discount days a month and free delivery over a certain amount. The store offers a great selection not seen at other stores, and on some products, exchanges are possible if they are not satisfactory.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful! They stock all the essentials, plus some really unique dog items I haven't seen anywhere else. I just picked up a super cute Fur & Flask water bottle for my pup—highly recommend checking them out.

Destany has been an absolute blessing to us. She is extremely knowledgeable with every single item in that store. She has helped us navigate the raw world when our lab was having allergies and inflammation. Any questions we have, she is happy to answer. Staff are always friendly and another bonus, they deliver!
