words can not explain how grateful I am with these wonderful staff and owner I appreciate everything you are doing to help me with a dog that needs help badly you are truly amazing do helpful and full of advice and willing to help out again I can't say thank you enough for the help. anyone looking for an amazing place to get raw dog food toys treats or need advise for your pup these amazing wonderful people are there.

Great service and selection you don't ever see at other stores. I got the cow tail for my dog and It is lasting him soo long compared to any other chewies he's had. Oh and the cute berneese mountain dog employee was very happy to show me the selection of chewies

I was in need need of dog food, but due to circumstances and weather I was unable to leave the house to purchase. I began googling pet stores in Edmonton and happened to come across Poochie Moochie. Their website said that they did raw food deliveries on certain days. I called them on a Saturday and Destany was so helpful. Even though they typically only deliver during the week and not on Saturday, Destany went out of her way and delivered my dog food on Saturday on her way home from work and it was nasty weather too. Thank you so much. I really appreciate such great service.

Great products and great service. It’s nice seeing a specialty shop that puts a lot of thought about what they bring into the store, there’s no need to filter through bad brands like at big box stores. Great extra touches like TWO discount days a month and FREE delivery over a certain amount (which is not hard to get when buying food for two large dogs). Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Small store with good products Friendly staff. They take time to explain the difference in brand and try to help you get the one that suits you best. On some products you can exchange if they are not to your satisfaction.

My partner and I had been struggling to find boots that our jack russel chi mix, would not just kick off and lose. We settled on suspender boots, but with it being January, we couldn't find them anywhere except Poochie Moochie. They were so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond! Lori was super fast and responsive by text and held one of the last two pairs for our Cosmo. Once we arrived, Destany even helped fit him into them and she was fantastic with him. ❤️ We really appreciate how helpful and kind you all were! Thanks!

Customer service was awesome! First time buyer at this place and I will definitely return! I mainly came for the XS clothing as I have a chiweenie but also got some awesome information on good oils and food options for my dog! He also got a free toy, a sample of oil and a treat for his first visit ?❤️

They go above and beyond to listen to your concerns, and make the best recommendations to help you take the best care of your best friend. Highly recommend this pet store.
