“I think they’re fantastic, I pick up all my mail and parcels here. The staff are incredibly friendly. I really don’t see why so many people are complaining. Even when there are huge line ups, I’ve never been in the line for more than 10 minutes. I pick up mail quite frequently here, sometimes 10 times per month and I really don’t see why there are so many negative reviews.”
