I truly believe that I did everything humanly possible that day — and somehow, together with Crestwood Apothecary Pharmacy & Compounding Lab, a small miracle happened.
I arrived with my mom’s urgent prescription at 10:AM, terrified and overwhelmed, knowing how serious her eye condition was. By 2:00 PM, I received a call saying the compounded eye drops were ready for pickup. That kind of turnaround, especially for such a complex and urgent prescription, is something you almost never see anymore.
What made the biggest difference, though, was Mike.

“My doctor used to be in the Links clinic, so I always stopped at the pharmacy there. It was convenient and I really liked the pharmacist. When my doctor left and relocated downtown, I still went to the Links for my prescriptions. I then discovered Palisades which is closer to home. I am a very faithful customer when I am happy with my pharmacist, so I started splitting my medications and kept some at the Links clinic as I felt I was not supporting them. Finally the beautiful pharmacist at the Links clinic said that she was okay with me switching. Of course by then I had become comfortable with Kerry, Linda and Min. I have to admit they really are the best. They even call me when my meds are ready a few weeks ahead of time. Not sure who else does that. I have been getting my shots there as well and so did my husband who passed away in March. They are so good, you can't even feel the needle.
They even spent extra time with me after he passed and consoled me when I cried.
When my prescriptions ran out Kerry called my doctor and had them ready for me before I could make an appointment. Caring, thoughtful and kind and very efficient. I hope they don't get so busy that they haven't time for our little chats.
Oh, and I still drop into the pharmacy at the Links clinic just to say Hi..”

“The Pharmacy service was horrible ,Really bad and upsetting to me after receiving my prescription medication from the pharmacy I went straight home and re-counted my prescription medication they have sold me tablet by tablet more then 3 times and I was missing one tablet on each count I had counted, then I called the Dolar pharmacy after making sure that there was infact a tablet missing from my prescription medication, they blamed me for mis-counting and said it is not there fault and disconnected the call, also I had called a day in advance to have my medication ready for me to pickup the second day, when I went to the pharmacy to pickup my medication, IT WAS NOT READY and I still had to wait, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET THERE MEDICATION FROM THAT PHARMACY, they will treat you bad and make you a liar, choose a different pharmacy even if it’s not located close to your residence, believe me your much better off trying your luck somewhere else, Thank you for your time and hope you will find a better pharmacy then this one, have a great day”

“My luggage was lost and my medication was in it and they were so helpful to get my medicine filled for me. I just got a 3 month supply just weeks ago and my benefits paid for it, that was all the lost medication and I was expecting to pay for my medication out of my own pocket but they fought for me, thank God that they were able to get it covered again and so instead of paying hundreds of dollars I only paid $40. They were so friendly and helpful and I explained that My blood glucose monitor was in my luggage they within seconds they were working on putting that on my benefits also and I was able to get a new machine with minutes. They are extremely helpful and friendly and very good at their job and I highly recommend using them as my experience was amazing and I was stressed about losing my luggage and they took off the pressure for my biggest concern which was my medication. They went above and beyond and took great care to handle my situation.”
