Horrible experience. My packages were delivered not on time at all. They were all split and no one is willing to help. I sent in 5 packages and every single one of them had issues in different parts of the country

Awful customer service, ai chat bot that's completely useless, 30-40 minute wait times on the phone just to correct an address. Something that should be a quick fix. Absolutely unreal. They make it impossible to talk to an actual person
