From what I’ve read online this issue isn’t only an Edmonton phenomenon. If Purolator is delivering my package, I can say with 100% certainty it will not be delivered. I don’t know how they’re still in business. I wish I could review Purolator as a whole rather than just one location.

I was home all day waiting for my package but the delivery person did not knock or rang the doorbell so I did not get my package I’ve been waiting for my package for a month to arrive. So now I have to ask them if I can pick it up instead because I can’t rely on the delivery person it’s so disappointing ????

We’ve been waiting for the package for two days. On the first day, we were told it was delayed, and on the second day, we were given a 100% guarantee by customer support that it would arrive today. However, the driver didn’t even bother to call us, and despite the fact that we waited for it all day, he simply left a note saying we weren’t home.

Meh, don't deliver to your house unless you sign, impossible to phone them but if you go to their actual pickup service is good

perhaps the most earth-shatteringly funny about this god-awful establishment is that it is closed on the weekends. riddle me this. If I miss a delivery when I am AT WORK, how the hell am I supposed to come to your office and pick it up, when I AM AT WORK.

The people incharge of this company needs to know that we paid for home delivery.
At the same time we gave our details, home address, phone number and email to enable proper delivery.
You sent my parcel is out for delivery,
You didn't call,
You didn't text,
You mail me that you are at the door.
You simply left a note at the door to come to your office.
You could at the same time mail me that note instead of coming to my door for nothing.
Now I have to spend another $20 on Uber to come to your office for pickup.
Considering the economic situation, it is a shame that the delivery guy let the company down and let everyone down too.

This location has extremely limited hours including total weekend closures; not exactly convenient.

A parcel was sent to me but the delivery man did not contact me and it was sent back to the warehouse.
The second time it was sent to me, the delivery man did not call nor buzz me. They left a note that I missed delivery while I was at home.
You guys need to sit up. Your delivery men are doing a disservice to your customers by doing the above mentioned acts.

I an astounded at how bad their customer service is. First they say “receiver not available” when I am home all day in my front living room windows beside our front door playing with my kid. I called to complain and to get a redelivery and instead they say I need to pick up my delivery now?
Absolutely unacceptable.

You’re asking me to write to customer care. What is the point as I already lodged a complaint to them 5 times and even spoke to the manager of unity square purolator, she promised me that she will write an email to the driver s company with my feedback.
Even with my leg injury I had to come and pick up package every day becoz your driver lies that he attempted delivery, he NEVER attempts delivery coz I work from home and am always home so there is no chance to miss the buzzer. Why do you charge us when you can’t deliver ? Absurd service

Unity square purolator is the worst , the driver never attempts to deliver. Simply says pick the package attempted delivery. Raised Complaints 5 times no action from management on this. Very irrresponsible. I have prompted my company to change service providers , purolator has lost thousands of dollars now because of a lazy driver. 98 Ave NW edmonton delivery guy is the worst. Biggest liar.
