We have been waiting for the final item (faucet) for our entire house renovation for weeks and weeks. Been given 3 different delivery dates, was even told it was in but wasn’t. I have found the same faucet at other retailers in stock ready to ship but we have paid a deposit already. Very frustrating as one faucet is holding up the finishing of our kitchen and us moving into our home. Be careful when ordering. There are other places out there that have the same products IN STOCK.

Scott is the best!!! We messed up and didn't order our fixtures until we needed them and he went above and beyond to help us. He was extremely helpful and I can't recommend him enough. Just do him a favor and order your fixtures ahead of time ?

We have had a wonderful experience working with Amy for a bathroom reno. She has provided the most detailed, responsive and helpful service when looking and comparing products. Amy kept us updated on our product delivery time. She also had lots of knowledge to share, when choosing certain materials for the space. Thank you Amy! Lots of modern plumbing fixtures and lighting. Seemed extremely expensive but you won't find these products at Home Depot. Definately high end.

So glad to be able to put in a 5* review for Christina! We are building a house and we were sent to Christina for our care, which she gave us ten fold. Very warm, knowledgeable, engaged in her job and us and our needs. She was very patient with, of all things, choosing a toilet lol. I wasn’t able to get into the bath due to disabilities, in a dress Christina clambered in to show me the design that would work, she took us over to the “wet” area to demonstrate the shower attachments and proceeded to get sprayed. This didn’t deter her at all lol.June 14th, now our framing is about to start, so all Christina's care is about toi come to fruitition !Thank you so much Christina!

I thought the selection was fairly broad, pricing for some items was more than I expected; however, more affordable options were available.But finding someone to give me a hand made it all moot. I had to finally give up and go somewhere else.Three stars is generous based on service (which on another day could have been great.) As for product, lots to see.

When shopping for lights I would take into mind the warranty claim process. Especially for LED lights where you need to replace the entire light fixture. These are expensive investments and need to last longer.I was passed along from one person to another and they were irritable when dealing with me. One would say oh you only have 1 year warranty (without bothering to look at my file). They actually told me to call the light manufacturer Kuzco, who then told me that I had 5 years warranty and it is Robinson Lighting who needs to process this warranty request. Another East Indian guy I spoke to was very unhelpful, he basically just passed me along and actually sighed that he had to work. He couldn’t find me on file and then passed me along to an outside consultant. The outside consultant of course did not want to help me at all because I was not part of her accountability. I would have given Robinson lighting 1 star but Elizabeth was the only saving grace of this place. The manager never returned my call, only Elizabeth was kind enough and who actually had customer service qualities. Elizabeth was amazing! I came in, knew my issue, and got me a brand new box without any issues and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Would have been less if I didn’t waste my time with the East Indian guy.To give you a background story as well, the wrong lights were delivered to my house and Dolce Vita installed them. I had to wait a few more weeks until they delivered the right set of lights. They did fix the issue but how can they mix up orders?The store itself is nice and they have a great selection, but if you’re looking to build a relationship with someone, this is not the place because they will treat you like dirt.

I always have an excellent experience when I head in to Robinson Lighting & Plumbing. They have an array of product, beautifully displayed in their vast showroom. Outside of the selection, the service is five star.I recently had an experience where a light was misplaced; however, I was able to work with Chelsie to locate it within a couple of hours. The responsiveness, follow ups, and thoroughness all heighten the customer experience.I would highly recommend Robinson to anyone looking for lighting or plumbing fixtures.

There's nothing I find quite as ironic as insecure retail workers with arrogant attitude looking down their nose at you, presuming you cannot afford to shop where they work... but I know and they know that they (working retail) could never afford to shop there themselves. Nice store with beautiful product where you cannot get any assistance despite being well-staffed (ignored by at least 10 employees in the 45 mins we were there). Just purchased a 7000+sqft home and doing a complete 3 floor reno which includes 5 bathrooms; unlimited budget. Their loss. Go to Emco.

Completely different experience from the day we ordered our sink. Was told it would be there Tuesday. We called Friday, got put on hold while she checked the order and then was sent to voice-mail. Called back was told the order was in but the guy handling it doesn't work certain days of the week and that was why no one called us all week. That was before we went to the store in person.... The sink was supposed to be ready to go... We were given the wrong drain and would have left with it had my husband not checked it. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing and then one sales associate said it was because of Covid.... So covid stopped anyone from being able to do their job competently... It almost seems like after they had our money the didn't care at all. We will be purchasing the drain and the rest of our renovation upgrades elsewhere.

We renovated our kitchen in December and I had a very specific faucet in mind but wasn't sure it even existed. Then we went to Robinson and they had exactly what I wanted!! I was shocked. The quality of their faucets are so far beyond any other place and their customer service was incredible. Highly recommend.
