We knew what we were after. Got some ready help from a salesperson who promptly found exactly what we were looking for and wrote up the order. In and out in half an hour.

Stopped in today on the off chance that they would have the tub/shower system that I needed for a client in stock. Turns out they did. They were also understaffed, but still had me out the door in less than 15 minutes with exactly what I was looking for.
