We would like to thank Vivek for his attentive and patient service today. He helped us set up our tablet, arranged for a good two year deal on tv and internet, and provided us with a security camera for our home, installed free of charge with no fees for three years. I went to Rogers to have my email accounts troublshooted as they were not responding, a Rogers assistant “Chahat” was very good and determined to solve the problem. I gave her 5 stars for her calm and persistence to troubleshoot problems!
