It had been months since I decided I wanted to buy a new phone, but I was extremely indecisive about which one to get. I actually went to Best Buy Southgate to purchase a new laptop, not a phone!
While I was there, Harnoor, a sales consultant, took the opportunity to introduce me to some of their new phone deals. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy a phone that day, she did an amazing job explaining the options and helping me find the right one.
After hours of thinking, comparing, and deciding, I finally purchased the Samsung S26 Ultra—and I’m so happy with my decision! Harnoor was incredibly patient, professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed and continued to smile and assist me even after hours of me trying to make up my mind. 😊

Had and issue with my phone/lifeline and although it wasn't fixed there, he gave me great advice and even helped walk this 50 yr old through the process I would need to do to take care of my issue. They were both extremely helpful. I was really stressed because I had a work trip coming up, my flight was the next day, and I needed the device before leaving. There was an issue with my online order, but they took the time to help me sort everything out and got me taken care of pretty quickly.
What I appreciated most was that they still helped me even though it was already after hours. They made a stressful situation way easier than it could have been. Really appreciate both of them and the great customer service.”
