For several months was being contacted by Vincent to upgrade my phone. When I went in was told to come back when my term was up. Little did I know I’d be signing contracts without being given details….literally Vincent scrolled to the last page and said sign here. In this process pretty sure he slid in a premium device plan with out informing me. When I started asking questions, I was told that wasn’t what I was asking for and I was confused. Also told to take my business to Telus !! In short horrible experience with a less than trust worthy salesman. Would love to talk to a manager but wasted enough time.

I stopped by the Southgate mall Rogers as I had few questions about the internet plan that I had recently signed up for at a different Rogers location.
I was informed that smaller locations like the one I originally went to ( Rogers South Edmonton Common ) are independently owned and operated. Please read my review of this location.
The service I received from Valik at the Southgate mall location was outstanding! He answered all my questions in a courteous and professional manner and explained everything in detail.
He provided excellent customer service and I will definitely come back here again.

Staff is rude !!! They don’t know how to deal with paying customers. The staff told me very rudely that I don’t make sense. All I told him was if I don’t have physical id can he mail me the plans available for me to my registered mail. I guess his name was sukhman or something and he just dissed me and said oh now you are not making any sense. I don’t think I have ever met anyone in customer service who is so rude to a customer. Please hire staff who know how to behave. Even if a customer is wrong you don’t call them stupid.

We would like to thank Vivek for his attentive and patient service today. He helped us set up our tablet, arranged for a good two year deal on tv and internet, and provided us with a security camera for our home, installed free of charge with no fees for three years. He provided superb customer service.

I don’t write reviews very often , but we had such a fantastic customer service experience at Rogers , Southgate I felt it necessary ! Valerie was one of the kindest , most patient and professional sales associates we have ever dealt with ! Her knowledge of the products and how to navigate the systems to remedy our email issues was so refreshing . Top notch customer service with Valerie was so appreciated, give this girl a raise or promotion!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Between the lady that "helped" us and the store manager.... by far the worst experience I have ever had! I was very clear in stating "If my monthly bill would increase or there being any fee's I did not want to waste anyone's time", Both the sales lady (which will remain un-named as I do know want this review removed but I have for the record) and the manager my bill would not changed and would actually go down by $30 ish a month if we upgraded our phones. When I got my bill I was charged $1500.00 and my monthly payment didn't change!!!! When I tried to contact the store I was told the manager would return my call. I called each day for a week and left messages because I never got a call back. I spent over 5hrs on Rogers online chat support and was transferred to somebody different over 12 times. When I called Rogers directly, again I was transferred to 5 different people because no one was able to help me. I was told I would received a $89.23 credit (which I never received) for the inconvenience and lack of customer care from the manager at the store. For being a Rogers customer for almost 2 decades, I expected to have this issue resolved, instead I was ignored and robbed. Now I am locked in for another two years.... Needless to say don't have high expectations with customer care, and if you're okay throwing away your money to these scammers so they can make a sale this is the store to go to.

After receiving an offer message from Rogers regarding 5G home internet, I visited their store today. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The saleswoman not only failed to listen to my questions properly but also provided confusing and misleading information. As a result, I decided to leave without considering their promotional offers or services further. I believe there are better options available with superior customer service elsewhere.

I went to Rogers to have my email accounts troublshooted as they were not responding, a Rogers assistant “Chahat” was very good and determined to solve the problem. I gave her 5 stars for her calm and persistence to troubleshoot problems!

My wife came here to buy a chatr sim, and the salesman signed her up for a Rogers plan, then continued to sell her a chatr sim card on top of signing her up for a plan she didn't want.Rogers is in the business of selling debt, with cellphone services as a front.
