An extra special shout out to Chahat. I came in with my Grandad as he has been experiencing issues since the merger and hasn't been able to use his cell. She was patient and knowledgeable. She took her time with him which I really appreciated. She was personable and he feels much better about the switch.

Not a rogers fan..Shaw is gone.impressed by service and customer service. Love the easy pay feature..shaw phone quality sucked. Will see how rogers is.
