Nice ambiance Safeway branch unlike their new color theme at other branches. Employees are helpful when you ask them especially the team leaders.
They have the best tasting cakes and pastries, not too sweet. They also have quality meats but pricey. I like the Grab and Go products especially Spinach/tuna/egg dips and sandwiches. I usually come here to buy a case of 40 pcs 500 ml bottled water which is comparable to other big grocery chains.

Prices are extremely high in comparison to other grocery stores. The vibes are poor at this location - saw about 4 staff, not one of them made eye contact, said hello, or anything. Staff don’t seem happy to be there. Most produce available was not fresh.

Employee Mya was so rude and unhelpful. I saw her hitting her vape through her sleeve and she had an attitude. I felt like I was doing her a disservice by going grocery shopping and going through her lane. I talked to Bethany after which is why this is a 3 star and not a 1 star.

Tina one of the Cafe girls was very very rude, been coming to this location everyday for the past 3 months and after our interaction I don’t feel welcome at the store anymore.
I was really disappointed with the portions i was given as I order almost the same meal every couple of days. After I asked about it she said it was the correct weight and that if I wanted more I’d have to buy a separate container and then on top of that told me she didn’t want to assist me with payment at her counter and said it’s not a standard practice.
I was under the impression for the past 3 months that it wasn’t a problem to pay there but these are some reasons why I chose to leave a review.

Clean big store but why is the produce wilted and gross? I didnt take a picture of the green leaf lettuce but it was wilted too. I hope it can be improved.
