“I absolutely appreciated and enjoyed my time using the SERVICES OF ELITE SELF STORAGE SOUTH EDMONTON. I found it to be professional. Very clean, 6am to 10pm access and great customer service. Reliable hours of office service and the manager is an absolute gentleman. He is very kind and giving. Overall I will be using them again if I ever need to store anything in the Entire Edmonton Area. I find the rates to be appropriate and im sure that everyone within reason would be able to find something more than affordable and effective. I also noticed that the customer support was very forthright and very accommodating. They always gave me wiggle room if I needed assistance and gave me AAA service support. In my own opinion. The best storage services in all of Edmonton.”

“Dawn and the rest of the team have provided top notch customer service since day one. We've rented a unit for the past few years and the team has accommodated us every step of the way. We added, subtracted and eventually vacated our unit and they even provided us with a refund cheque, as we vacated early. Hands down, an excellent experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“Excellent storage facility. Love the radiant heat floor slab; keeps my sensitive items at a consistent temperature year round. And never had a problem with moisture. The facility is always clean, and Suzanne’s customer service skills are beyond compare. Have used this facility several times over the past 12 years. In fact, there are many choices for storage where I now live in north Edmonton but I prefer South Edmonton Storage, so I’m happy to drive the 45 minutes to access my items. They’re just that good and secure. Truly effortless storage.”
