Out of my hands and in someone else’s was a first-time venture for me in trusting my Familia's legacy to a location other than my home and it was a big deal and yes, I was apprehensive. I needed to find the right place with the right associates.

So why did I ultimately stay? Wyatt is why. Although the business changed hands, Wyatt continued as customer service liaison, so I decided to continue my rental tenancy.

First time needing a storage facility during a move, and also in need of a mailing address mailbox rental, it felt right from the moment I walked into the office. I was welcomed by Wyatt with excellence in customer service which I came to later experience as ‘the norm’ as his highest standard of professionalism.

Yes, the monthly rental rates were competitive, yes, the storage units were well maintained as was the facility. Yes, I was very confident in the security and safe keeping of my possessions. Afterall, it was clear that what mattered to me, mattered to Wyatt, and Donna, the Manager. And that was exactly what I was looking for from those who were the gate keepers, sort to speak, of my possessions.
