A good store, with friendly staff, but I often come here for the Amazon Locker, and the poor mobile data signal here makes it difficult to connect to the locker. Providing public Wi-Fi would help with this problem.

The man working behind the counter noticed I had a lot of change, and offered to count it all and exchange it for me into bills

The place was still meant to be open but they locked the doors an hour early. We were waiting for him to see us (in the freezing cold) and when he opened it he was very rude and asked us what we wanted. Overall the customer service was awful.
