“Finally a Petro Canada Car Wash that still works and takes the Wash & Go card. I had gone to maybe 4 other Petro Canada Car Wash locations in the city and they had either rebranded and wouldn't accept the card or the interface wasn't working. This has been going on for months. Also shoutout to the kind cashier at this location.That being said, Petro Canada Car washes are terrible because their new wash system does not get the car clean, and it goes for a much shorter time. The car is still dripping wet after the wash because drying time is like 10 seconds. They're clearly compromising quality to cut costs. So the Wash and Go card is not worth the money. I'm just trying to finish the washes on this card so I can switch to literally any other car wash in the city. Don't waste your money!”

“I have been buying fuel at this location for the last many years.Convenience , good and competitive service etc are few things hereI am filling my taxes for last year and realized that I should have kept receipts for the whole of last year. I call their office, south location etc to hear what I feared , who is going to pull out for a year etc too labour intensive, who is going to go back for last year ? I hear the word impossible without actually being used However I don’t stop trying and get in touch with their manager Harmeet Sidhu. I explained my issue and not even a single word about all the issues that I would have considered fair as pointed out earlier by the office and the south location He tells me right away, give me your details and I will send you tomorrow. I can’t believe such people and organizations exist , I can just say it is only because of such people! When I ask him if there is anything I can do ? He asks me to write a review for Coop! I am so touched and impressed!! If I had my business, This amazing guy would be running it for me with this level of customer service,sincerity and good intentions for his work place. Such traits are hard to come by in the human race in employees. As promised, next day I get an email with all the receipts!I have had nothing but good experience From coop even before this one of a kind incident Once I arrived at this location to find out I had no cards or money and fuel on low, one sweet young lady helped me by giving me $5 from her personal account so I could get home. Where can such fabulous deeds happen except Coop ? Also love their service of employees to fuel without any extra charge for a day you are tired. I also get a check in the mail after a year as cash back which has been another extra incentive to fuel from hereThese are the reasons I have stuck to only Coop. Thank you Coop for having these amazing employees and the great service- 5 out of 5 from me from day 1 till today ! Keep up the great efforts! No wonder you are expanding all over the city !”

“I come here only to wash my vehicles. 4 stars as The wash equipment is starting to show some wear. Always a stall available. Stalls are kept clean. Store is well stocked. I had a debit machine in one of the bays take my money but not work, the staff pointed me in the right direction for a refund and an associate delivered Tokens worth 1.5x more than I lost, personally to my home.”
