A shell employee showed me how to use their new coffee maker and gave me a free coffee. It was delicious BTW!

No available bathroom plus no cleaning fluid to wash windows, -30 with frozen water to wash vehicle windows. Poor service for the traveler

Definitely sucks when you need to use a washroom and they close doors at 10pm. And no one's allowed in at all so business' is through a small cubby and other than that it is very well managed and has super kind staff working there.
