βMy elderly Mother found some boots and shoes that she can slip on without fussing around. Its very hard for her to bend and Skechers makes a great, fast, user friendly slip on shoes for her issue. Lost a star as there arent enough clerks working to help...β

βWent there to look at some rock climbing shoes for my son. The staff there really know what they are talking about and I really appreciated that.
They even have a wall in the basement to try the shoes on. I have no idea what that looked like as I was browsing through the store when they went down. Needless to say, my son liked the recommended shoes.
Very helpful. We walked out with a pair of rock climbing shoes that my son was very happy with.
Definitely recommend them.
PS: we went to MEC right before and the level of service and knowledge was not comparable. At least I wasnβt convinced.β

Rahul was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, while Harpreet was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. They both took the time to understand my needs, offered great suggestions, and made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Itβs rare to see such genuine care for customersβthis team truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this Skechers location because of them!β

When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly welcome, when I was trying to find what shoes I needed an employee walked up to me and asked if I needed help. βI had such a great experience shopping at Vans recently, all thanks to two amazing associates Katie and Collette! From the moment I walked in, they were both super welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful.
I wasnβt entirely sure what I wanted at first, but Katie took the time to ask me about my style and what I was looking for. She gave me honest opinions (which I really appreciated) and even pointed out a few styles I wouldnβt have considered but ended up loving. Collette was just as awesome as she made sure I got the right fit, checked sizes quickly, and kept the energy positive and fun the whole time.
They made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed and personal, not rushed or pushy at all. Honestly, it felt more like hanging out with a couple of cool friends who just happen to know everything about shoes!
Big shoutout to both of them: Katie and Collette, you made my day and helped me walk out with the perfect pair. Thank you! ?β

βOne of the nicest, most aesthetically pleasing stores I have ever stepped into. Service was exceptional. We found what we needed and more. Micha and Gabe, I believe and pardon my spelling, were quick to help and answer any questions.β
βAll of the associates were very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is making it a little bit more accessible! My mom has mobility issues so it was difficult having the only stools for trying on shoes at the back of the store, as well as they're very low and it was difficult for her to stand up. Capilano has a fairly senior demographic so it might be worth having a couple of seats that are better for those with mobility problems! :)β

βI had a great experience at this Browns store, and I would like to especially mention how helpful Raunak was (apologies if Iβve misspelled your name). I visited the store to discuss an issue with my Pajar shoes, and Raunak assisted me with the warranty process. He took care of my concern with full courtesy and patiently explained the entire process in a very polite and professional manner. He also provided a solution right away, which I truly appreciated.
Because of this experience, I would always prefer going to this location to purchase shoes. The entire staff is very professional and courteous. I would also highly recommend this store to my friends and family for buying their products. Thank you, Raunak, for your excellent help!β

βHad a quick visit To Yu on a Saturday in September but could not make up my mind about a really cool snake ring. Monday I called and was happy that I was able to make the purchase over the phone with a credit card as it was the only one left and in my size. Then in picking it up I parked in front of the store called Yu and asked if someone would be so kind to bring the ring to out to me as I have mobility issues...the gal said yes what an angel and her name I believe was Fay. Keep up the great customer service ladies as it's not always delivered at a lot of businesses these days. From a very very Happy customer?β

βMy feet were killing me when I entered Skechers @ West Edmonton Mall. Zoey, observing my discomfort, had a pair of Skechers Slip-Ins out of the box and ready for me to try on before I could take off the pain instilling shoes I had on.
Needless to say my feet are a lot happier and I really canβt thank Zoey enough.β
