“Alberta Sportswear has been our go-to this hockey season and I highly recommend their services. They applied the name bars on our jerseys, created custom team hoodies with our organization's logo, player names and sponsor's logo and customized coaches jackets. Their online store made it very easy to check out the different styles of apparel. The staff is great to work with, very helpful every step of the way, and the product quality is excellent.
Turnaround time was fast, pricing was fair, and the customer service was awesome. If you need team apparel done right, Alberta Sportswear is the place to go. Highly recommend!”
“Wow! I live in Hinton but needed a ringette girdle for my daughter ASAP. I appreciated that they had the size charts online, some sites didn't. Prices were good too! Ordered from United around 1:00 in the afternoon, they had it shipped that same day and it arrived the next day! Amazing service, I'll be buying from them again for sure.”

There’s an huge selection and he helped me choose the perfect gift so I came out of there very satisfied with my purchase. The prices are excellent as I had looked at jerseys online and was surprised at the affordability here. There’s a sale rack with a nice selection as well.”

“I was blown away by the amazing service we Received. My son’s new skates that we bought from elsewhere (we’re not from Edmonton) hurt his feet so bad he had tears in his eye after the skate. Having a practice the next day and a showcase that weekend I knew I had to do something about it asap. I know you’re supposed to make an appointment to get fitted properly however living 2 hours away, we drove up to be there for when they opened and hoped for the best, and I’m so happy we did. Someone helped us as soon as we walked in. No attitude about no appointment just wanted to do whatever it took to take care of us. I explained the situation so he checked out the skates… what I love is he tried everything he could to make the ones we had just purchased work to save us money however it was clear they just weren’t the right fit/skate for my son. So he then showed us multiple options to what he thought would work best for my son’s feet. This was a long process but he had all the patience in the world for us and never once made it feel like we were wasting his time and never once made us feel pressured. He just wanted to make sure my son was happy. We picked out skates and they baked them. While that was happening I had to leave since I had other running around to do. I get back a short time later and found out that another worker (I believe the first one may have went on his lunch) had monitored the baking and punched out the toebox for my son like his wide feet needed and that they were all done. My son looked so happy. Fast forward to practice and his skates were AMAZING. No aches or pains. They were 110% and so was his confidence again. I am sold on Proskate. Next time I won’t even waste my time with any other stores. I will book an appointment and get them start to finish. Sorry for the long post however I feel it needed to be shared. Keep up the great work guys! You definitely gained another customer. Thank you Proskate!!!”
“Went there to look at some rock climbing shoes for my son. The staff there really know what they are talking about and I really appreciated that.
They even have a wall in the basement to try the shoes on. I have no idea what that looked like as I was browsing through the store when they went down. Needless to say, my son liked the recommended shoes.
Very helpful. We walked out with a pair of rock climbing shoes that my son was very happy with.
Definitely recommend them.
PS: we went to MEC right before and the level of service and knowledge was not comparable. At least I wasn’t convinced.”

They have a fantastic selection of both new and used items, all reasonably priced, which is perfect for outfitting our family. We also trust them for getting our skates sharpened and snowboards waxed—they do a great job every time. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. Totem is definitely our go-to spot for all things sports equipment!”
“We bought some used skates and a helmet for our autistic 6 year-old, (who also has ADHD so it's hard for him to stay focused). Kali was SUPER helpful and patient with us and even made sure they had red laces, which was very important for him. She used a combination of unclear feedback from my kid, (too tight? too big? Where is your toe touching?) and her observations of him walking around to make sure we got the best fitting set. In the past we've bought from Totem Sports, and they're great, but I'm so glad we found something closer to home. Their prices are also awesome, especially when you consider that you'd pay the same price or more from a big box store with way less personal service!!”

“Went to buy a new suit for my upcoming wedding. Pan Junxiu was the associate and she did a phenomenal job. She took the measurements and got it to fit exactly how I wanted it to. On a couple points, she made suggestions different from what I initially indicated, and turns out she was absolutely right every time. She also said typical turnaround time was 5 weeks, borderline for the wedding, but I had an old suit as a backup so I decided to chance it. It arrived in just 3 weeks. Thank you Pan, couldn't have asked for better!”

We purchased a winter jacket for my daughter which the zipper became faulty about a month after. We filed a warranty claim online with customer service and had no response. Since it’s her only winter jacket we decided go take it to the store so they can send it out for repair for us. At the end they offered a new jacket in exchange knowing the repair process could take up to 8 weeks for turnaround time. We were pleased with the way the associate handled it. After over a month and still no response from online customer support.”
“I didn't buy my skates here, but I ordered new outdoor wheels and new bearings. The first set of wheels shipped super fast, within 4 days. Then I realized I needed another set (didn't comprehend they came in a 4 pack and I have 2 skates.... thanks, brain) The second set had to be ordered, so it took about a week, but I live in the city and one of the employees drove out to drop them off instead of sending it through canada post, which I super appreciated. The wheels themselves are amazing and make skating outside so much easier.”

“I thought this was a place similar to Alcoholics Anonymous, but for sports. We have a bad sports addiction and I figured a safe place to kick that addiction would be a great way to return to an obese lifestyle.Unfortunately, it's a place that enables sports. Particularly soccer addiction. They do this by providing lower regular prices than any other bricks and mortar place. Better than ordering online, as the staff are generally very helpful, and the products are branded, thus not falling apart after one use.I'd highly recommend this place to other addicts for soccer needs.”
