“Stopped in while visiting Edmonton looking for a hookah as a special gift for my son-in-law. I didn’t know much about them, but the owner was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and honest. They genuinely helped me choose the right gift. My son-in-law absolutely loves it.
Amazing service and an easy 5 stars for this location.”
“Claudia is hands down the best! She was sooo helpful when I was looking for a couch, and when I came back a couple of weeks later looking for a bed, I was really hoping I’d get to see her again. Then she came around the corner, immediately made me feel so welcomed, and even gave me a hug!
She was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help me with absolutely anything and everything I needed for my apartment. I will most definitely be back to JYSK Mayfield for anything else I need, and I’ll always ask for Claudia! She was so kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely lovely throughout the entire experience.
I feel so lucky that Claudia was there to help me with all of my home needs. She truly went above and beyond and made the entire experience feel so personal, comfortable, and easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and that made such a difference for me.
Thank you so much, Claudia! You’re truly amazing!”
“We purchased lights for our home at Park Lighting and received excellent assistance from Katrina Tufty. We used the installation service and the installers arrived exactly on time. They, Dawson and Harley, did an excellent job. They removed the old lights, installed a dimmer switch and the new kitchen pendants, dining room chandelier, hall light and walk in closet light in about an hour. Great job folks and Thank You all!”

The young woman that is working there this morning is just lovely ! Helpful and so kind! I wish I got her name but didn’t. Check out their Red Deer store also!”

“Been a customer for a few years now, Walls alive has to have the best customer service around, I missed calculated and ran out of product mid finishing to get a project wrapped up.
We drove in from out of town to grab more and unfortunately Walls alive was out of stock when we arrived, that being said they went above and beyond and had the product rush delivered to us the second the truck was in so i could finish the project in time. Great company, 5 stars.”

“We recently purchased 2 area rugs from The Area Rug Gallery. Our sales associate, Kathie, was friendly, helpful and knew her products. We did have an issue with 1 rug, but it was quickly resolved by Holly and her team. I would definitely recommend them. Good selection, great service!”
“We recently visited La-Z-Boy in South Edmonton Common just to browse, but thanks to Robyn Kilpatrick’s exceptional customer service, we ended up purchasing two leather power recliners.
Robyn’s no-pressure approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and shared his extensive knowledge about the furniture, including the different grades and qualities of leather, which helped us make an informed decision.
La-Z-Boy is fortunate to have such a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused sales associate. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to help you find the right furniture without any sales pressure, we highly recommend asking for Robyn. Thank you for making our shopping experience such a positive one!”

“Home decor at its finest. Lots of great ideas for furnishings and decorating your home with other things tossed in like bedding, personal care and kitchen supplies and dinner wares. The store is clean and well lit. The ambiance is really nice. Parking can be somewhat challenging when the businesses in this area are busy but be patient. My wife and I enjoyed the visit.”

“We loved our experience with Design Q. It’s a beautiful space with a lot of beautiful options. We had the pleasure of working with Chantel. She was excellent in offering different ideas to help our vision come to life. They provided lunch with a break, as well as drinks and snacks all day. We cannot wait to see it all come together! Thank you!”
“I had an excellent experience. The gentlemen were very kind and responsive. The pieces that arrived are pieces of art. The craftsmanship is extraordinary. The details are amazing. I’m fortunate to be able to have functional art that I’m able to enjoy daily. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“I had the best experience choosing paint for my home-based pet grooming studio!
The staff here went above and beyond helping me pick the perfect colors for my salon. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and walked out feeling confident, inspired, and excited for my space.
They took the time to understand the vibe I wanted — clean, calm, and welcoming — and helped me compare samples, lighting, and undertones until we found the exact shades that brought my vision to life.
My studio looks absolutely beautiful, and every client who walks in compliments the colors. I’m so grateful for their patience, expertise, and genuine willingness to help.
Highly recommend to anyone needing help with color matching or design ideas! I’ll definitely be returning for future projects for our new house ! ??”

“I've had my Hunter Douglas blinds from Hue Decor for 10 years, and they are still in perfect condition. Recently one of the cords broke in one of my blinds, so I called Valerie, and she confirmed they are still under warranty! The long term warranty is almost amazing as Valerie is. She is super friendly and helpful, and almost a decade later, she still remembers me by name. I wish all products were as good as Hunter Douglas, and I wish all businesses were run by people as passionate and caring as Valerie. If you need any type of window coverings, this is the place for you!”
“I go through this store monthly since it cycles new things frequently. I go through and check art, pet stuff, unique frames, books, all the sales on end caps and food products! There's always great finds there that make everything worthwhile checking! The staff have always treated me kindly and usually laugh at my cheesy dorky jokes.... I will continue going here because it's one of my favourite places in the mall for what it offers and customer service!”
“My wife and I have been customers of the Dania store (West Edmonton Mall) for over 15 years. It was there where we purchased the pillows, duvets and bedding for our home, initially under the excellent guidance and service provided by Maria (RIP) and then, and to this day, we continue to feel very welcome when Kim Lamb took over.Maria and Kim are examples of what every store needs, for their knowledge of the products and their attention to customers. We don't live in Edmonton (Fort McMurray, actually) and we always stop by the store to see the products and chat with Kim on every visit to West Edmonton. Kim treats customers like family and it makes us want to come back. You can't go wrong with the high quality products and excellent service provided at that establishment.A five star rating if ever a deal deserved one!!!”

“Brooke and the team at Chateau Lighting were great to deal with. We came in looking for chandelier options (of which they had a ton) and also left with a beautiful Tiffany lamp”
