I picked up my car today and it was freshly washed, with every service clearly explained to me in advance. The work was recommended based on a thorough inspection, and Dyneco was completely upfront about the costs and the benefits of doing everything now, while also giving me the option to delay anything if needed. Nothing was ever pushed. I always receive clear explanations, thorough inspections, an opportunity to discuss the work, accurate estimates, and a friendly greeting when I pick up my vehicle — which is cleaned inside and out.

Regardless of the price they're direct about why or the work, they're informative and give you the option of course to continue with them after their suggestions or hey, shop around for reviews but legitimately they'll be so direct and informative which is 10/10 what makes those autoshops the better ones regardless of the work they're doing for you ?”

“Excellent service at Can-West, from the pricing to the knowledge of my old E40D transmission. Where other shops indicated parts were hard to get and quoted double the price, Can-West took on the repairs and had it running in no time.
Although it ended up having a small electronic issue once we got it reinstalled, they continued to provide excellent customer service and got the problem immediately rectified.
Before you commit to repairs elsewhere give them a call to see what they can do for you.”

“If I. Could give a 11. I would. My car is a standard. It wasn't accelerating past second gear. I asked a guy a know another mechanic who referred me to Alberta transmission. He was booked all up. A d couldn't get me I until after the holidays. I checked around. But didn't like tbe mixed reviews on other businesses so I decided to wait for three weeks to get it to Alberta transmission. It was December 13 when it stopped working. So I got it checked January first week. Alberta transmission said it's good Leanne. Error code just shows. It was frozen. It's all good. Working fine. No cost. I was so blessed to be referred here. What a rare wonderful business. So honest. Blessings to them. as to why they are in business so long. I tell everyone I know. About their honest and great at what they do.”

“My transmission went on my 2006 duramax while I was traveling home, and I chose DOT Transmission, they were only 1.5 kms away luckily! I’m from Grande Prairie, 480 km away from home, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They towed my truck to their shop, helped me store my trailer, and even let me ship some of my own parts for the repair.
They got my truck in right away and started working on it immediately, trying everything they could to fix it without pulling the whole transmission. When it turned out that it needed a new torque converter, flex plate, flywheel and bolts, they showed me exactly what was wrong and kept me updated every time something changed.
Everyone there was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — they never made me feel like a burden, even though I was stranded far from home. I’m so grateful for their honesty and help. I’d highly recommend DOT Transmission to anyone needing transmission work or a trustworthy mechanic in Edmonton!”

“We went for an oil change and to see what was causing our vehicle to leak and it was fixed amazingly, and speedy! Will be taking our vehicle here for any mechanic needs. Not to mention. The video showing what was wrong and how it was fixed was honest and a bonus! Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, and they stayed ooen for us Saturday to get the oil change done!!! So pleased.”
