“We brought our RV in for an oil change after a long journey, with one more long drive ahead of us to get back to Ontario. We kept in touch with Sam by text throughout the process, and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating with everything we asked.
They even plugged our RV in so we could keep the fridge and freezer running while it was being serviced. After completing a front-end inspection, they found some additional work that needed to be done, and they were able to take care of it all that same day.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Everything was handled through text messages and phone calls, and even the mechanic personally called us to explain an issue and keep us informed. Quotes were sent and approved online, which made the whole process convenient.

They understood that we were travelling a long distance back to Ontario and only had one day available to get the work done. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, got everything completed on time, and made it back safe and sound.
