“Been using used store and multiple locations but the north side location, especially I’d like to say thank you very much specifically to store manager Kyle on a personal basis. The gentleman helped me quite a bit. This is going through a tough time allowed me to extend some time to get my things out and help me in every way possible you could anybody looking for good rates good customer service I advise you to use you store storage north location as well as the other ones thank you”
“Vary professionally operated business. State of the art security system to watch over all the facilities public area's entrances exit's & loading dock's to maximize the secure locker the renter pays for. And wait there more the professional dedication is not in the front office only a large thank you to the janitor of the cleanest storage facilities I personally have ever utilized in my lifetime. Hes work ethic and attention to a properly cleaned building is staying ahead of the renter before and after they complete their storage locker business to ensure a clean environment for the next person to arrive . I honesty look forward to working with the great group of dedicated people at On Site Modular Storage for years to come. “Its a great place if u need a storage locker had mine here for atleast 3 mabye 4 years now no complaints safe aswell as the staff are very helpfulland understanding and if they no u and u forget ur locker or pin to get in the gate they are good thatvway aswellso ya recomend to any one neeingit to look at it”
“Staff are great. Trucks are more new.One thing does not make sense though...Why are the trucks governed at 104-106km/h, when most speed limits on highways outside edmonton are minimum 110km/hour???”

“It was quick and easy to book on line and with the prebooking on the app, it made picking up the truck easy. I like that the app takes you through taking pictures of the unit as that covers my back too.”

“The gentleman at the 17th St location was fantastically helpful, the best kind of customer service. Friendly but not at the expense of the task at hand. What absolutely sucked was the leadup:
1. reserving a pickup at this location
2. getting a phone call 22hrs before pickup, changing my pickup to the opposite end of town, in the parking lot of a weed store
3. arriving at said parking lot with no idea how to take possession of the truck, despite having checked in online 2 days earlier
4. calling the "location" number, getting a "cannot be connected" auto-message
5. calling the toll-free number and being told, yeah, this wasn't set up properly, but we'll get you a truck at the 17th St location right away (also a very helpful human on the phone - thanks John).
My overall impression is of a really great company and brand, that has some consultant or MBA-type in the background trying to make efficiency improvements, and risking it all. I still think of U-Haul as reliable for now, but if I have another experience like this one, I certainly won't.”

“I love this storage unit and it was a secure place to keep all my belongings. When something was wrong they called me .The pricing is reasonable and the staff is amazing. They helped me out in so many situations and that’s something a lot of storage units doesn't do.”
“Rented a cube van on 3 separate occasions from this location. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My reservation is always held, the owner is actually quite friendly and flexible. His communication is style is fairly direct so maybe some people take it the wrong way.I’ve never had any problems here and it’s become my ‘go to’ because I deal with the same people everytime.”
