I had my engagement ring custom made and Mason was phenomenal at guiding me to make my vision come to life. He provided 3D models and even sourced out a different diamond for me after I second guessed the sizing of the first one we had chosen.
The customer service is top notch and they are always so quick to reply. Extremely accommodating and are even resizing my ring to ensure a perfect fit.
I cannot say enough good things and my fiancé and I cannot wait to get our bands custom made here as well!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Elliot, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and with exactly what I wanted. Even though I had to ask him to switch a couple of different bracelets (due to a defective one I bought a few months ago), he was patient, kind, and never made me feel bad about it. “I just recently got engaged and had the ring re-sized, it was a bit of a frustrating experience seeing as I was ignored once I got the notification it had reached the store, somebody at the store answered my call and had me listen to the static, once that didn’t work they answered and put the phone on the counter. So I decided to go there in person and the manager told me that the manager wasn’t there on wednesdays. It was a very poor experience, then SUSAN walked in and smiled at me, she rushed to get ready for work and asked me what my concerns were, I let her know the ring was delivered and nobody was willing to help. She rushed into action instantly and got me my ring, cleaned it for me and assured me that everything went as planned, she went the extra mile to make sure my experience until that moment was not my lasting impression, I advise anybody that goes to this location to ask for Susan, she has been there for over twenty years and still loves her job. She saved my entire experience, I will be going back and I will be making sure I deal with Susan. Thank you once again Susan you made my fiancé very happy today! Amazing customer service.”
