“First, I’d just like to say they are very reasonably priced. I have brought multiple items (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings) for reattaching, shortening, cleaning and resizing, and a watch for a new battery. All of my pieces have been delicate, either given to me when I was younger or passed down in family.
Second, these pieces have been handled and restored with the utmost care. I am so pleased with the precision and in the pride these people put into the work they do. I’ve only received exceptional customer service that has been honest, kind and professional.

“This is my favorite watch store. I could spend an hour in here easy just looking at watches of all brands . This is also where I get any repairs done on watches or clocks. Very talented people and the name says it all. Definitely recommend if your looking to buy or gift someone a watch this is the place to go. Also right across from the cop shop so it is a secure location.”
“I brought my watch here after having it sized twice at the mall, where the links kept coming loose. The gentleman at this shop (who I believe is the owner) carefully examined the watch and quickly identified the issue with the pins. He took the time to fix it properly and made sure everything was secure before handing it back. When it came time to pay, he was genuinely insistent that there was no charge. It’s rare to come across that kind of integrity and attention to detail. The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and carries a great selection of watches. Shrey took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I explained that I needed a gift but had a budget and only a vague idea of style. Instead of rushing me or pushing anything expensive, he patiently showed me different options—rings, necklaces, and even bracelets—explaining the quality, metal differences, warranty, and care for each piece.
What impressed me most was how attentive and honest he was. For example, when I was stuck between two rings, he pointed out small details I hadn’t noticed, like the sturdiness of the setting and how the stone would look in everyday lighting versus store lighting. It never felt like he was trying to upsell—he genuinely wanted me to pick the right piece.
He also went above and beyond with customer care. Shrey cleaned and polished one of my older pieces on the spot just so I could compare the shine to the new jewelry. He even helped me check sizing and explained how resizing works, which made the decision so much easier.
