Track 'N Trail offered an item of clothing on the house to me, my partner, and whoever else from Jasper needed it. To me, this shows a level of community that's very moving. Thank you Track 'N Trail for what you did for us. A very caring and genuine business.”

I was almost a bit surprised by the nice greeting when I entered the store, asked if they could help me with anything, later on... maybe 15 minutes a different staff asked if I needed help with anything at all? The ladies were incredibly helpful and friendly, They measured my boyfriend for a suit even tho he wasn't buying it there. He stumbled upon a bunch of socks on clearance and stocked up. $50 got $250 worth of good quality clothes. Will definitely be back”
“This is an excellent clothing store! It has a lot of different brands of clothes and there's a vast range of clothing you can buy. The only disadvantage is that there are more clothes in a woman's section than in a man's section. I could describe it as if for women it's quantity over quality and for men, it's quality over quantity.”

I completely forgot that lady name but if she wasn’t there I will never find my dress. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any white dresses left. “Gurnoor and Jasdeep were amazing! Jasdeep helped me in the dressing room, and was even kind enough to look around the store for a top that would fit the way I wanted. I know I can be demanding sometimes, but they were very accommodating and served with empathy and understanding. I felt welcomed and taken care of. At the check out counter, I had a minor issue with payment, and Gurnoor handled it very professionally— she let me know that she can put my items on hold, saving me time as I wouldn’t need to find all my items again. She also did not make it a big deal, which I really appreciated. Gurnoor was also very kind and relateable but still focused, as she held an interesting convo while checking out my items, and even double checked to make sure that everything was correct :)! She also price matched with online deals, which made me really happy as it made me feel like she had my best interest in mind (we love a cashier with integrity?). This was my first time ever shopping at old navy and it is my new favourite store— not only because of the styles, but MAINLY because of the staff. Overall, all the staff at the Old Navy manning location were super impressive, and I’ve never met a more dynamic and effective team. Super cool people, super awesome deals, super great styles (for both petites and plus sizes!). Will recommend to anyone!”
