While I wish there were some fits/styles from days long ago (I need more keylime brand racerbacks tank tops!), I continue to shop here because of the pleasant environment and quality of clothes.”

“Suzanne's has some unique clothing. They also carry Simon Chang pants which occasionally will fit long enough for me. I don't recommend ordering online because of the different fit and sizing by the different designers. The staff in the Sherwood Park location are always friendly and helpful. Plan some extra time since I usually end up spending about an hour in the store!”

“I take my mom and sister shopping to Northern Reflections in Sherwood Mall. They like the selections and the price. Staff is always helpful. If a size isn't avalable at this location the staff get on the phone and call the Edmonton locations.”

“Beautiful selection and great customer service! I don’t normally leave reviews but Susan was so helpful that I just have to. I bought a pair of beautiful pants that I adore, unfortunately after a few day they started showing signs of wear (pilling and snags). Since the pants were not cheap and I had worn them, which would put them outside of the return parameters I was pretty disheartened. Fortunately the ladies at Bella Mass are lovely and I was able to exchange them for a new pair. As a student I am very appreciative of this because finances are tight and I had treated myself to these pants as a congratulations on my new job!TLDR: shop local at this wonderful store! :)”

“I always have a great experience shopping here. The staff is friendly, but not too overbearing if you don't want/need help. The store is organized and they have a great clearance section. Returns are always easy if required, and they are typically really efficient/fast at the checkout tills so if it's busy you don't have to wait in line long. There is plenty of parking in the lot, including handicapped. The store is accessible for wheelchairs & walkers, as there are large aisles and changerooms.”
