WCB staff including security was very friendly and was concerned of my health. I went to see Dr Henderson who was amazing doctor to see, super friendly and knew what he was doing, very good experience so far,

I have been trying to contact them via email since my accident in 2021. They are the absolute worst to deal with. I updated my phone number and address with them and they refuse to call me when I ask them to. They correspond by email but never reply. If I am lucky and they do reply, it's about a month or more later.

About Workers' Compensation Board
Getting hurt at work can disrupt your life. WCB can help minimize the disruption as we help injured workers return to the job and feel like themselves again. WCB-Alberta was created by government to administer the Workers' Compensation Act for the province's workers and employers. Funded by employers, we provide cost-effective disability and liability coverage for work-related injury and illness. This means we compensate workers for lost income and coordinate the health care and other services they need due to a work-related injury. We strive for fairness when making decisions that affect the 2 million workers we cover, and the nearly 170,000 employers whose contributions fund worker benefits, return-to-work programs, and health services.
