    Left years ago
    BMO had much better wait times, never held chq on me. Staff is wonderful

    I’ve been here 5 times and each time it has taken an hour or longer just to process a cheque. As their machine and my app won’t recognize the cheque. This is by far the slowest RBC by a long shot. Unless you have nothing but time on your hands I’d suggest going elsewhere! The Timberlea location is only 15 mins quicker... read full comment

    I don’t know when ever I come to this branch there is always a lineup it’s been like this every single time most time close at while still waiting in line we don’t see this kinds of shortages on other banks
